If you're light me and you struggle with PCOS it doesn't hurt to add a little bit of tea in your life. I always say to consult with a doctor first, and supplement with natural remedies second.

Apples being a low GI food this is an excellent method to sweeten a tea without spiking your blood sugar, and cinnamon is also a natural way to lower insulin resistance. The black tea will give you a caffeine boost and help kick start your metabolism as well.

Apples in a mesh bag on a wooden table. Green and red apples contrast with the light brown wood, creating a fresh, rustic feel.
